All services are performed in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) and other relevant industry standards to ensure the highest quality and safety.
3. User Responsibilities
As a client of All In Air Duct Cleaning, you agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the scheduling and execution of services. - Ensure that pets and personal belongings are safely secured prior to service appointments. - Grant our technicians safe and unobstructed access to areas where services will be performed. - Notify us of any existing conditions that may affect the execution of our services.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or alterations to the services provided, for which All In Air Duct Cleaning will not be liable.
4. Scheduling & Cancellation
To schedule a service, you must contact us via phone or email. A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide such notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the estimated service cost. In the event of emergencies or inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule services without penalty.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and electronic payment options. All In Air Duct Cleaning maintains the right to charge a late fee for payments not received within 30 days of invoicing.
6. Warranties & Guarantees
All In Air Duct Cleaning strives to provide satisfactory services and guarantees the workmanship of our services for a period of 30 days from the date of completion. Should you experience any issues related to the service within this period, please contact us for a free re-evaluation. This warranty does not cover issues arising from improper maintenance or conditions beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall All In Air Duct Cleaning be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. Our total liability for any claim arising from the services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question. This limitation applies to all services provided in Tukwila, WA, and surrounding areas.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All In Air Duct Cleaning, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the services or any violation of these Terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. You agree to resolve any dispute through binding arbitration in Tukwila, WA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial.
